According to DualShockers, Koei Tecmo America announced at a press event that Atelier Lydie & Suelle will only include Japanese voice acting. A representative of Koei Tecmo Europe confirmed it as well. Despite the first two entries in the Mysterious trilogy of Atelier games having dual audio, it seems this final entry will be the first in the franchise to have an official English release without English voice-overs since Atelier Annnie on DS in 2009.
Atelier Lydie & Suelle: The Alchemists and the Mysterious Paintings is the 19th main entry in the Atelier RPG series. Just like its predecessors, the game has an emphasis on crafting and a plot that revolves around alchemy. The publisher recently detailed some of the new mechanics and showed off a new trailer.
The game will launch in North America on March 27, 2018. Europe will get it a few days later on March 30th, 2018. As with other Gust titles, NIS America is selling a limited edition version of the game in both regions. While the limited edition is only available for PS4 and Switch, the game will also release on PC.
