Atelier Lydie & Suelle Soundtrack Preview

As with most of their titles, Gust is selling the soundtrack for Atelier Lydie & Suelle: The Alchemists and the Mysterious Paintings in Japan. Over the past few months, the company has released four videos that give a preview of what the soundtrack has to offer.

While the trailers show off vocal and instrumental tracks, the two are on separate albums. Both albums released in Japan on December 20, 2017. Atelier Lydie & Suelle itself is out now in Japan and Koei Tecmo will be bringing it to North America on March 27, 2018. The game will then arrive in Europe a few days later on March 30, 2017. While a Vita version is available in Japan, it will only be on PS4, PC, and Switch in Europe and North America. NIS America is selling a limited edition version of the game, which we covered earlier.

For those who can not wait to play the game, a demo is currently available on the Japanese PSN. The demo covers the early portion of the game and shows that synthesis system evolves over time. Comparing the demo to the battle trailer, it seems that combat also becomes more complex as the party grows. As such, the demo may not be the best representation of how the game plays once things pick up, but it at least offers a taste of what players can expect from the game.
