Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Revealed

Earlier this year, we heard rumors that the next Call of Duty title was named Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, a “re-imagining” of the themes in the Modern Warfare series. Today, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare has been revealed, with a trailer that brings back Captain Price and emphasizes a much darker conflict.

In Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, players will be thrust into an immersive narrative spanning the entire game. Players can experience the ultimate online playground with classic multiplayer or squad-up and play cooperatively in a collection of elite operations, accessible to all skill levels.

There’s several major changes coming to the franchise this year. Developed by Infinity Ward, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is using a brand-new engine. Additionally, there will be no season pass and full crossplay between PlayStation 4, PC and Xbox One players.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare will release on October 25th, 2019 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC (through the Battle.net store).
