Players registered with the DOOM beta will have a chance to partake in the closed multiplayer alpha, which scheduled to begin on December 3 at 10:00pm EST and last until Sunday at 11:59 EST.
For those lucky enough who picked up Wolfenstein: The New Order before May26 2014 and redeemed their beta code could be selected for this weekend’s closed alpha. Gamers who purchased PC version, look out for a Steam notification if you’ve been selected, the client will land in your library.
All Xbox One and Xbox 360 beta testers and many PS4 and PlayStation 3 testers from different regions are granted automatic entry to the alpha. Be sure to check your console’s game library today to download the client.
It goes without saying that the close alpha strictly follows a Non-Disclosure Agreement, but for those not participating, expect leaks anyways.
DOOM will hit PC, Xbox One and PS4 in the first half of 2016.
