Another year, another set of Marvel movies! Age of Ultron may have had a super-commercially successful release but now it’s their turn to move aside for the next solo Marvel movie.
The good news is that overall the reviews of Ant-Man have been positive. Critics have praised the performance of Paul Rudd and co-star Michael Pena as well as expressing enthusiasm for the film’s climax. However it was also noted that the film took sometime to find it’s footing and was a little slow during the first quarter.
ANT-MAN is good. Not a disaster like some expected but also not a homerun. Has a *must see* after the end credits scene.

I liked Ant-Man more than I did Avengers: Age of Ultron, mainly because Marvel's doing something different and it works as a stand-alone

"Ant-Man" is hugely entertaining, and a truly significant puzzle piece in the Marvel Universe. This one's got a big sweet heart.

Ok so I think you have had a fair amount of warning! Basically unlike Avengers: Age of Ultron, Ant-Man goes back to the traditional formula of having a mid and post credits scene. The mid credit scene seems to apparently introduce Hope Van Dyne as WASP and the end credit scene (The one everyone is currently drooling over I might add) is a huge bit of set up for Captain America: Civil War. It also seems that Falcon will be in Ant-Man for those who didn’t know (I didn’t!).
MID CREDITS
Hank Pym (Michael Douglas) gives the WASP costume with wings to Hope Van Dyne (Evangeline Lilly). Hank explains to Hope what happened to Hope’s mother Janet Van Dyne.
END CREDITS
The scene has Captain America, The Falcon, and The Winter Soldier. Cap and Falcon have located The Winter Soldier to a remote location where The Winter Soldier is tied up.
Falcon asks Cap “Should I call Stark?”
Cap replies “No.”
Falcon replies “I know who to call.” Implying Ant-Man.

That’s everything then! Hope you guys have a good Sunday and we’ll hopefully see you back here soon.
