In the last far cry DLC what we got was an 80’s homage with Michael Biehn set in a neon world of laser dragons, which somehow made Ubisoft new FPS about (Supernatural) cavemen seem grounded. The last far cry spin-off was also brilliant, miniaturised spin on the usual formula – the fact is this one is going to be a full size game. Making us hopeful that it will be interesting with lots of action like that last few far cry’s we played .
This new far cry is going in with survival-oriented affair then its previous predecessors. You won’t be able to buy weaponry, meaning you have to craft it using scavenged materials. You Will lead up a tribe, making for a push-pull relationship as you protect your people and drive others away. There are sabretooth tigers to take on. Lets do this.

The division is “Ghost Recon meets World of Warcraft.” Take a second or two to think about that. This is going to be a full multiplayer shooter like most of the shooting game we have been enjoying for years but this time with a MMO packaging. I don’t know what you all think but to me that sounds one hell of a mashup.
Taking from what we call “the Destiny approach” With this cover shooter is this going to be enough that it will keep up interested. Well lets hope Ubisoft’s years of work make for something worth the long long wait.

The soul series has made its own mysterious story over the past years from obscure RPG beginnings, through a few “best game ever” lists and finally into worrying land of the annualized franchise. But all the stories need their full stop, and it looks as though this game will serve its purpose.
It will be hopefully a fitting send off, creator Hidetaka Miyazaki is back in the director’s orthopedic office chair, he will be talking about special weapons and abilities (a boon for those who love the intricacies of specialized classes) an (even more) apocalyptic story line. What will all boil down to is a mystery but one thing is sure: this time Dark Souls dies with us.
